A huge 8.9 Richter scale earthquake rocked Tokyo resulting in a giant tsunami causing incredible amounts of damage, injuries and deaths. First reaction is to check the University of Tokyo's HAARP induction magnetometer to see if HAARP was fired up around the time of the quake. Sure enough, following a week of electromagnetic silence, HAARP was turned on at approximately 0:00 hours 9 March, 2011 UTC and has been going strong since. Here is the data for the last 36 hours:

Next started searching the net for other evidence linking HAARP to Japan and found these videos from 2009 and 2010 where HAARP or some similar weather modification device is clearly being used over Japan skies:
Lastly is an interesting article regarding the 2007 Niigata, Japan earthquake called "Western Bankers Threatened Japan with HAARP Eco-Destruction a Year Before China Quakes." Before the Niigata earthquake, just as before the China and Chile quakes, strange aurora-like lights were seen in the sky, lights that HAARP experts have confirmed are caused by electromagnetic disturbance coming down from the ionosphere:

Don't you just love the electronic age with all these fun toys the government has. It use to be cool to blow smoke rings now we can play with cloud shapes, colors of the sky and even make the ground shake. I wonder what toy the government will come up with next?

My guess would be that the government has toys and technology that would give most of society nightmares for life if they knew about them. I'm actually quite surprised that there isn't more outcry just about the experiments and war machine 'toys' that we've spent a fortune having developed that aren't really secret - things like the microwave crowd control, the all terrain remote control robot camels,not to mention the other eco-experimentation like dumping iron into the ocean or blasting clouds to change weather patterns.
